You’ll leave with a clear summary of your top priorities and a set of practical, tailored actions to put into practice straight away.

What’s included:

  • A short pre-session questionnaire so I can understand your business context and goals.

  • A focused 90-minute strategy session to explore your key challenges and opportunities.

  • A concise written summary outlining your business position, priorities and next-step actions.

Investment: From £145 for a single session for practitioners, and £250 for studios and gyms.

Monthly partnership

For consistent, long-term support (think of me as your in-house marketing manager and companion!). Choose from 3, 6 or 12-month options - perfect if you’d like someone by your side to guide priorities, review progress, and help you keep momentum.

What’s included:

  • Dedicated time each month to work on your business priorities; ranging from your content strategy, to your customer retention, to planning for scaling your business.

  • Regular progress reviews and space to reflect on what’s working, and to delve deep into your opportunities.

  • WhatsApp and email support between sessions whenever you need a quick check-in or second opinion.

Investment: From £400/month for half day support.

If you’ve built your own website, or haven't refreshed it in a while, it can be hard to spot why it’s not converting visitors into bookings. This review offers a professional marketing perspective on how your site performs from the customer’s point of view - helping you identify where it’s working well and where it may be holding you back.

I’ll assess your key pages through a strategic lens: how clearly they communicate your message, how effectively they guide visitors to take action, and how consistent they feel with your brand and offering. You’ll receive a clear, actionable checklist of tailored 'quick wins' to help it perform better.

  • A review of your key website pages (typically homepage, about, and services/offers).

Ideal when you have a specific goal, launch or challenge in mind. We’ll agree clear goals, timelines and outcomes, and I’ll deliver the tools, plans and insights to help you bring your ideas to life.

What’s included:

  • Discovery session to define goals and what success looks like.

  • A tailored plan with practical resources and next steps (e.g. brand positioning, website strategy, or customer experience design).

  • Simple, clear, in-depth recommendations or toolkit you can start implementing straight away (or that we can implement together if you move to the monthly partnership package).

  • Optional follow-up session once your project is live.

Investment: Projects typically range between £400-£2000 depending on goals, complexity and business type.

Session bundles

We’ll meet for three 'deep dive' sessions spaced across several months, with space to reflect and apply what you’ve learned between each one.

What’s included:

  • Pre-booked 90-minute or two-hour sessions across a timeframe of your choice (e.g. 3 sessions across 4 months).

  • Bespoke preparation and planning from me ahead of each session, and clear follow-up notes after each meeting.

  • Time between sessions to implement, reflect and return with fresh learnings and new opportunities to discuss.

Investment: From £250 per session, depending on goals, complexity and business type.
