FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
That’s the perfect place to begin! In our discovery session, I’ll guide the conversation to uncover where your challenges and opportunities lie.
From there, I’ll create a clear, bespoke plan that feels right for you.
Yes, absolutely. I’ll help shape your brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging so your site feels clear, compelling, and aligned with your vision. For the technical build, I’ll collaborate with a trusted web designer and manage the process for you, so it feels seamless and stress-free.
I take a strategy-first approach to social media. Together, we’ll define your ‘why’ and build a content strategy that reflects your unique brand, rather than posting and hoping for the best! Social is just one channel - I’ll help you find the right balance across all marketing touch points, so you grow an audience that genuinely connects with you (not just empty followers).
Not at all - in fact, it’s a brilliant time to lay strong foundations. We’ll start by clarifying your vision, and what sets you apart, so you feel confident presenting yourself as both a practitioner and a business. My goal is to help you feel supported and clear, with the structure and frameworks in place to attract your first customers.
Most meetings work brilliantly online, because it’s flexible, private and time-efficient. I’ll often ask for information or data in advance so our sessions are focused and productive. I’m based in London, so if an in-person workshop or strategy day makes sense, that’s definitely an option.
For project work, I request 50% upfront and the remainder on completion. For retainers, payment is by standing order each month. For session bundles, I ask for full payment upfront to secure the time. This allows me to dedicate preparation hours before each session — so we can make the most of our time together.
Yes - if you’d like a single strategy session to get clarity or solve a specific challenge, I offer standalone sessions as well as retainers, bundles, and project packages. Please contact me for my single session rates.
It depends on the type of project. Some clients see immediate clarity and quick wins (like website improvements or sharper messaging), while others benefit from longer-term changes (like pricing strategy or retention systems). We’ll always agree realistic goals and milestones upfront.
I’m not a coach in the traditional sense. Consultancy differs in that as well as empowering you by asking the right questions to help you find your own answers; I also bring answers, frameworks and proven business tools to the table.
Consultancy is more specialist, and so it’s more like having a marketing and strategy manager embedded in your business - someone who listens deeply, understands your goals, and then helps you turn them into clear, actionable plans.
That said, I truly value the mindset and emotional growth that coaching offers - I invest in a coach myself and have found it hugely beneficial. So my approach combines elements of both worlds: the supportive, reflective space of coaching with the structured, practical outcomes of consultancy.
