ABOUT ME

With 12 years of corporate strategy, marketing and communications leadership across multinational organisations - spanning retail, hospitality, manufacturing and sustainability - I bring a depth and breadth of commercial experience that I now apply entirely to the wellness sector.
Throughout my corporate career I led brand development projects, built strategies to pitch for investment, designed large-scale events and experiences, and developed and executed marketing and communications strategies that drove measurable commercial results across multiple markets.
As a board director - I contributed to senior decision-making, navigating complex business challenges, and gained the kind of leadership exposure that only comes from being in the room where the biggest decisions are made.
Working alongside some of the world's leading consultancies and creative agencies as a client gave me a deep understanding of what rigorous strategic process looks like - and what founders and businesses truly need from that kind of partnership.
My values
I'm the eldest of three sisters - which means championing women has been in my DNA for as long as I can remember.
My own relationship with health, wellness and fitness has been genuinely life-changing. Discovering what it means to live a truly rich life - one built around connection, creativity, freedom and expansion rather than burnout, overstimulation and intensity - fundamentally shifted how I see the world and what I want to contribute to it.
I believe the entrepreneurs building wellness businesses aren't just building businesses. They're making people well. Helping them move, heal, connect and thrive. The cultural and societal importance of that work, I feel, is something deeply important, relevant and needed - and dedicating my expertise to supporting this mission feels like the most meaningful thing I could do with everything I've learned.
The founders I work with are women I connect with genuinely - energetically, personally, and in terms of shared values. That character fit matters enormously to me. This is close, collaborative, deeply personal work - and I only take it on when I know we're truly the right fit for each other.
I also have a deep fascination with balancing the feminine and the masculine in business. Knowing when to lean into creativity, intuition and flow - and when to shift into data, systems and structured planning. Both are essential. Neither works without the other. And harnassing the balance of both is powerful.
